The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the FAKE-Style online shop of the company Schieck
Generationship GmbH & Co. As a seller, we only sell to consumers via our FAKE-Style online shop.

By placing an order, you as the customer submit a legally binding contractual offer to us as the seller regarding the products and other goods contained in the shopping cart. We as the seller can accept your offer as a customer by means of an electronic order confirmation (via email) or by delivering the goods within ten days. We as the seller are entitled to refuse acceptance of the order throughout the entire ordering process. Contact and order processing are generally carried out via automated order processing and via email. As the customer, you must ensure that the email address you provided during the ordering process is correct so that the emails sent by us as the seller can be received at this email address. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract as a customer, we as the seller must refund all payments that we have received from you as a customer immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us (FAKE-Style / Schieck Generationship GmbH & Co. KG, Trostbrücke1, 20457 Hamburg, Germany) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract.
